Privacy notice

This notice explains how Summit Ledger Advisory collects, uses, and retains personal data when you visit autonetworkhub.digital or request a scoping call.

Data controller

Summit Ledger Advisory is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact: hello@autonetworkhub.digital, +886-3-680-8276, 3345 Walker Canyon, 桃園市, 福建省, Taiwan.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone if included in a message)
  • Engagement preferences and message content from forms
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited
  • Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see our cookies page)

Purposes and legal bases

We process contact form data to respond to scoping requests and prepare engagement proposals (legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract). We process limited analytics data, if accepted, to understand which pages help prospective clients (consent). Essential cookies support security and basic site function (legitimate interests).

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months. Engagement correspondence that becomes part of a client file follows the retention schedule in the engagement letter, often seven years for audit working papers where professionally required. Server logs are rotated on a shorter operational cycle.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Limited processors may host email or site infrastructure under written agreements. Practitioners inside Summit Ledger Advisory access enquiry data only as needed to respond.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we assess transfer safeguards and contractual protections appropriate to the destination before relying on that processor.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise rights, email hello@autonetworkhub.digital.

Complaints

If you believe your data has been mishandled, contact us first. You may also raise concerns with the competent personal data protection authority in Taiwan.

Updates

We may revise this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The published date context is reflected by the version on this page.
